A vintage Penhaligon’s scented candle. Probably 23 years old . Please study all pictures as they form a significant part of the description of this vintage item. There is still cellophane over the top of the candle, over what I believe to be a silver plated container. I do not know if the candle is usable. The container was very tarnished and I just put a piece of tissue around it and the tarnish came off quite easily so I think it would clean up very well. The box has sustained damage/staining over the years.
